Our vision is: “To be the trusted, industry‑leading partner offering large‑firm expertise and quality with the efficiency and agility of a mid‑sized team.”ResponsibilitiesInspection of installed structures and related civil work through all stages of construction and/or repair to ensure the work is completed in compliance with Client Standards, designs, specifications, and quality requirementsConducting quality assurance inspections of civil works, such as underground duct banks, ditch infills, dike construction/modifications, pilasters, culvert/bridge installations and various concrete structuresWrite detailed reports, including pre‑job meeting guide, daily inspection report, non‑standard report, photos, marked drawings, and civil completion certificate,
submitted within 24 hours of completing the inspectionHold pre‑construction meeting with the civil contractor to review the design drawings, Client standards/specifications, and site at the start of the projectIdentify non‑conformances during inspection, document, and communicate non‑conformances with the ContractorAct as field delegate of the Client's Designer and/or Professional Engineer, performing field reviews and coordinating field‑related design issues with the Designer/EngineerRequirementsMinimum education of High school diploma.
