You will guide managers and administrators through the recruitment lifecycle, coordinate advertising, interviews, and references, and help with onboarding and reporting.
You will become proficient in Gryphons at Work (SAP SuccessFactors) and collaborate with the HR Systems/Data team to ensure accurate, accessible recruitment information for stakeholders.
