This includes access provisioning and end-user technology support.ResponsibilitiesAccess AdministrationFulfills access requests for in-scope applicationsMaintains up to date knowledge on access provisioning standards, policiesDevelops and maintains operational documentation for access provisioning proceduresTechnology SupportTroubleshoot end-user technology issues (in person or remotely) and provide assistance where requiredPromote recent products and applications, providing guidance to the user communityAssist with Audio/Visual support during meetings, calls and events and provide troubleshooting assistanceSupport tablet and mobile phone support, including mobile applicationsKnowledge of the Microsoft suite of products, including Office365, Skype for Business,
