We bring together strategy, data and technology to design beautiful campaigns and social media content that deliver measurable impact for clients across sectors.As a Designer on our team, you’ll collaborate closely with our in-house creative team, alongside strategists, researchers, and digital leads to bring ideas to life across campaigns, brands, and platforms. You’ll contribute to concept development and execution - designing everything from social and digital assets to campaign visuals - while helping shape how our work looks, feels, and performs. This is a highly collaborative, creative environment where designers have a real voice, are encouraged to lead with ideas, experiment with new tools (including AI-assisted design), and have fun building smart, impactful work together.Design Execution & Creative ProductionDevelop high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media content, research deliverables, presentations, and client brand projects.Create digital-first content including social media graphics, infographics, motion snippets, landing page layouts, and email templates.Support the development and evolution of visual identities, including initial concepting, brand systems, and rollout materials.Work with a variety of design tools including: Illustrator, Photoshop,
