It provides clear, executive‑level visibility and actionable insights to support informed decision‑making, enable predictable delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and foster aligned, high‑performing Agile teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and RetrospectivesCoach teams on Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe or equivalent) practicesRemove impediments and actively manage cross‑team dependenciesEnable continuous improvement and delivery flowDrive continuous improvement and alignmentOwn integrated delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and dependenciesManage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisionsTrack and report on delivery progress, forecasts, and financialsLead release readiness, change management, and governance checkpointsEnsure delivery adheres to enterprise standards and controlsPrepare and present outcome‑focused delivery updates, risks,
