Reporting to the Director of Integrated Services, this role is central to the day-to-day operational management of our integrated programs, bridging strategic direction with frontline service delivery for individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, and complex mental health needs.This is a meaningful leadership prospect for someone who is passionate about integrated, trauma-informed care and wants to make a tangible impact in the Algoma community.WHAT YOU WILL DOAs Manager of Integrated Services, your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing day-to-day operations of integrated programs, ensuring high-quality, client-centred, and trauma-informed service delivery.Supervising, coaching, and supporting Program Supervisors and program staff through regular check-ins and annual performance reviews.Monitoring program outcomes, preparing funder reports,



and leading continuous quality improvement initiatives.Managing program-level budgets and ensuring fiscal responsibility across all service areas.Coordinating interdisciplinary team functions and fostering clear communication and collaborative practice.Building and maintaining relationships with community partners, sector networks, and funders.Implementing and reviewing policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with agency standards and legislation.Advocating for clients and identifying systemic barriers affecting individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction.WHAT YOU BRINGEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Registration with OCSWSSW or a regulated body under the Regulated Health Professions Act is preferred.3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in mental health, addiction, housing, or social services.Demonstrated experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in a community-based setting.Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, and/or complex mental health needs is strongly preferred.Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.Knowledge & SkillsStrong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and equity-focused approach.Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Mental Health Act, PHIPA, ESA, and OHSA.Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
