As an Environmental Project Manager at Triton, you will support and lead the successful delivery of meaningful, high-impact projects while developing strong client relationships, contributing to business development, and learning to mentor junior staff. You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, including government, Indigenous communities, oil and gas, power, transportation, and industrial sectors. and timeliness of deliverablesMaintaining, establishing, and developing client relationships that facilitate the successful delivery of projects and future opportunitiesUnderstanding environmental Best Management Practices and advising clients accordinglyCultivating and maintaining relationships with other consultants, construction contractors, regulators, and other stakeholdersSupporting corporate business development initiatives, including compiling and reporting on regional business development opportunitiesLeading and/or supporting the preparation of proposals and cost estimatesMaintaining and enhancing Triton’s industry‑wide reputation as a leader in the environmental consulting industryProviding mentorship and training for project staffProviding excellent service to clients, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationshipsEnsuring safety standards are met, protecting your team and clientsCollaborating effectively within Triton’s culture, contributing to a positive and productive work environmentYour Skills & Experience:Degree or diploma in a related field (e.G., biology, environmental science, geology, geography) is an assetProfessional designation or eligibility is preferredExperience working within the environmental consulting industry.Knowledge of and experience with provincial and federal environmental standards, and regulations or guidelines.Demonstrated experience in project management (i.E., budgeting, project tracking, cost‑accounting and scope control) and leading and supervising of project teams.Business development acumen (e.G., client relationships, strategic planning, proposal writing).A quick learner, easily adapting to new software applications, systems,
