The position focuses on developing athletes' freestyle capabilities through innovative practices using trampolines and airbags. As a coach, you will ensure a nurturing environment, promote safety, and foster a community spirit, all while adhering to WinSport’s core values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver freestyle instruction that prioritizes participant safety
• Assess athletes’ skills and customize training programs
• Keep detailed attendance and safety records
• Uphold the Alpine Responsibility Code during lessons
• Encourage positive energy and motivation in all activities
Requirements:
• CASI Park 1 certified; higher certifications are an asset
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience with freestyle snowboarding coaching
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Snowboard Alberta membership required
