At Metterra Hotel on Whyte, we are looking for our next great team member to join us on the Guest Services team. In this role you will help create memorable experiences for our guests and support the safety and security of their vehicles.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service by parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles as needed.
- Greet guests, unload luggage, and welcome them to the historical Old Strathcona area.




- Share insights and knowledge of the hotel’s amenities and the surrounding area.
- Safely care for guests’ vehicles during their stay.
