As part of our Environmental Division, the Client Services Representative (CSR) role focuses on fostering strong relationships with clients and managing their expectations. You'll be the primary contact for laboratory inquiries and tasked with ensuring timely communication and updates regarding projects. This role requires robust organizational skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution, ensuring clients receive accurate and prompt information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main liaison for client inquiries
• Maintain relationships through meetings and calls
• Ensure timely delivery of analysis notifications
• Communicate promptly about project statuses
• Update client records in the Client Master File
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Science or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of laboratory or customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and LIMS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills
