Flex Driver

at their Edmonton, Alberta location — a casual, part-time opportunity for those who value flexible scheduling while doing meaningful, on-the-road work. Based out of 6364 50th St NW, this role puts you behind the wheel delivering packages to customers across designated routes. This is an interview position. The primary purpose is to ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, load/unload vehicle and provide exceptional customer service to our client base. Flexible shift opportunities with min and max hours and days of work parameters determined based on business requirements. Responsibilities

Deliver packages to predetermined customers along specific routes in a timely manner Review delivery orders thoroughly prior to departure Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely, handling packages up to 70 lbs Provide exceptional customer service at each delivery stop Complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training and all recurrency courses Maintain a valid full G / Class 5 driver's licence and comply with FedEx driving standards Adapt to varying shifts based on business requirements,



including weekends Requirements

High school diploma or educational equivalent Must have a valid full G licence / Class 5 driver's licence Ability to lift 70 lbs Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred Positive interpersonal and communication skills Good time management and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment Driving record with two or fewer violations/accidents in the 24 months prior to application In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English) Pay: $21.74 per hour. Requires weekend availability and 1–2 days throughout the week. High school diploma or equivalent; valid full G / Class 5 driver's licence; ability to lift 70 lbs; driving record with two or fewer violations or accidents in the past 24 months; one year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
