This role, reporting to the Technical Services Supervisor, is ideal for candidates with a strong technical theatre background. You will maintain equipment, operate lighting and audio systems, and ensure a safe environment for all events in this part-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mix sound using DiGiCo SD consoles
• Program and operate lighting systems for all events
• Set up, repair, and rig scenery for diverse performances
• Supervise studio theatre events and technical crews
• Conduct regular maintenance on theatre equipment
Requirements:
• Technical Theatre diploma or university degree
• At least 3 years' experience in a live performance setting
• Expertise in lighting and audio engineering
• Required compliance for safety certifications
• Explicit communication and teamwork skills essential
