Role and ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the execution of transactions for our clients, with responsibilities increasing over timePreparing client presentations including compiling/analyzing data and conducting researchPreparing financial models and valuation analysisAssisting in drafting confidential information memorandums and other deal related marketing materialsResearching and communicating with potential acquirersCoordinating transaction due diligenceSkills and Qualifications2+ years of experience in professional services with a financial analysis focus (e.G. audit, accounting, M&A advisory). Prior M&A advisory experience is not a requirement, but definitely an asset.Undergraduate business degree required. Major in Finance or Accounting preferred, with robust record of academic achievement.CPA,
CFA or CBV preferred.Strong understanding of finance and accounting, with experience in financial modeling and analysis (i.E. income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting).Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.Strong attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Energetic, inquisitive self-starter with ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).CompensationStarting salary of $90,000, plus an annual bonus$1,500 Health Spending Account15 days vacation#J-18808-Ljbffr
