Retail Store Manager at Ontario Medical SupplyThis role provides efficient management of the store, its team members, inventory, achieving sales targets, and assisting customers. Maintain and create relationships with sales reps, OT's/PT's, and internal departments.Job ResponsibilitiesManage sales daily to ensure goals are metResponsible for all merchandising in the storeEnsure excellent customer service is maintainedSupport team when customer service issues are escalatedCommunicate expectations with team and monitor team’s performance to help team reach all goalsLiaison with other departments to advance workflowWork with inventory team on product returns to vendorEnsure all inventory levels are accurate, monitor stock dailyPerform all location banking requirementsResponsible for setting and reaching sales budgets and communicate the numbers to teamSet up training sessions for staffFacilitate regular team meetings to communicate and implement new/existing policy and proceduresEnsure employees are working in compliance with company policy/practice/procedurePerform staff performance assessments and reviewsManage team vacation and payroll using AvantiAction all new hire requirements from posting to trainingProvide performance coaching and/ or disciplinary actionCreate initiatives to increase sales and engage teamSupport Retail Manager and other Store Managers when neededQualificationsExperience in managing retail storeKnowledge of medical supplies and equipment an assetMust be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn current computer softwareStrong interpersonal and communication skills,
