Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement engaging recreational programs
• Foster social interactions among residents




• Maintain accurate activity records in line with guidelines
• Assess residents' needs, interests, and progress
• Assist recent residents in acclimating to the community
Requirements:
• Diploma in recreation, gerontology, or related field
• Experience working with seniors
• Understanding of leisure principles
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
