In this key position, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Fight4Freedom, advancing its mission against sex trafficking. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and evaluation of programs
• Oversee human resources and financial management
• Develop solid relationships with community partners




• Drive fundraising efforts and donor stewardship
• Assess and improve organizational effectiveness

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience
• Proven track record in fundraising and program management
• Solid strategic thinking capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Skills in grant writing and organizational change management
