Kidco Construction is seeking experienced Skid Steer Operators to join their Foundation Excavation division in Calgary. This role involves operating skid steers for basement excavation, backfilling, and loading trucks in residential subdivisions. The ideal candidate is safety-oriented, skilled in confined spaces, and values teamwork and quality workmanship.

Wage: $25,000 to $35,000 annually (competitive hourly wage reflective of skill and experience)

Paid overtime after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week

What You’ll Need

3+ years of experience operating a Skid Steer in confined spaces in residential subdivisions

Experience with basement excavation tasks: backfilling, loaming, loading trucks

Ability to read and understand plot plans (asset)

Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean 3-year driver’s abstract

Ability to follow directions and work independently

Physical capability to bend, crouch, kneel, and lift up to 35 pounds
