Key Responsibilities:
• Implement delegated treatment plans and modalities
• Facilitate therapeutic exercises and group activities
• Assist with equipment setup and inventory control
• Coordinate client participation in therapy sessions
• Support independent tasks among older adults
Requirements:
• Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program
• One year experience with older adults in therapy
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Competence in physical tasks such as lifting
• Familiarity with Connect Care systems
