Then we’d love to meet you.In this role, you’ll take on a senior-level design position, leading UI/UX execution across enterprise-level web experiences. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, elevate design quality, and ensure all work is grounded in strong user experience principles, technical feasibility, and scalable systems thinking.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of UI/UX solutions across a range of projects, from net-new experiences to complex enhancements within established ecosystemsOwn UI/UX decision-making, including layout, hierarchy, interaction patterns, and responsive behavior across devicesCreate and present wireframes, user flows, prototypes,
and high-fidelity designs in Figma to communicate ideas clearly to internal teams and clientsContribute to and help evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practicesCollaborate with development teams to ensure designs are feasible, buildable, and aligned with component-based environments (AEM)Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-first experiences that drive engagement and performanceProvide constructive, detailed feedback during internal design reviews and mentor junior team members to elevate overall craftPartner with Strategy to define user journeys, flows, and interaction models for complex scenariosWork closely with cross-functional teams (Developers, Strategists, PMs, Copywriters) to ensure seamless execution from concept to productionApply strong understanding of responsive design and grid systems to ensure consistency across breakpoints and devicesIntegrate emerging AI-driven design tools and workflows to improve efficiency and enhance outputMaintain high standards for design quality, accessibility, and usability across all deliverablesQualifications4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital experience designAdvanced proficiency in Figma for design systems, prototyping, and collaborationDeep understanding of UI/UX best practices, interaction design, accessibility, and usability principlesExperience working with (or alongside) CMS platforms such as AEM, and component-based design approachesStrong understanding of web production and development constraints,
with the ability to design for real-world implementationStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to clients and internal teamsExperience collaborating within cross-functional agile teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPassion for staying current with emerging tools, trends, and technologies, including AI in designSpecial ConsiderationsKnowledge or experience working with AODA compliance standardsExperience working in an agile project management environmentFamiliar with Confluence and JiraWorking knowledge of AEM (or other CMS’)Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML and CSS)Experience with the automotive sector a big plusAdditional InformationSaatchi is an equal chance employer and we welcome and encourage applications from all interested parties.
