THE POSITION

- Advise clients on risk management, insurance solutions, and claims support
- Exposure to captive management, and complex financial analysis
- Manage policy renewals, coverage terms, and compliance documentation
- Drive business development through proposals, RFPs, & current client opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team learning and collaboration

MUST HAVES

- RIBO, Level II General License, CIP, or CRM designation
- 5-7 years’ experience managing construction insurance and risk portfolios




- Strong background in commercial insurance for large industry
- Skilled in contract/lease insurance terms and negotiations
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship skills
