This individual will spend a significant portion of their time supporting customers by responding to technical inquiries related to product applications, installation, specifications, and troubleshooting. They will also collaborate closely with the internal sales team to assist with quoting, product recommendations, and technical guidance. In addition, this role requires hands‑on involvement with manufacturing and R&D; efforts, including supporting product testing, troubleshooting defects, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in both office and production settings,
