It is an opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a mature, well‑managed book of business and play a meaningful role in client relationships, financial planning, and the continued growth of the practice.The successful candidate will work closely with the team, gaining direct exposure to clients while contributing to planning strategy, portfolio oversight, and ongoing client engagement.What You Will DoClient Engagement & Experience:Participate in client meetings and progressively take on an active role in discussions.Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive, professional communication.Ensure a consistent,



high-quality service experience aligned with the team’s standards.Financial Planning & Advice Delivery:Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans using the team’s planning tools.Contribute to planning strategy, including retirement, tax, and risk considerations.Monitor client progress and update plans as circumstances evolve.Portfolio Oversight:Support portfolio construction and ongoing monitoring to ensure alignment with client objectives.Conduct research on approved investment and insurance solutions.Assist in implementing investment strategies within the team’s framework.Includes management of mutual funds, ETFs, individual securities and private investments.Practice Growth & Contribution:Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.Support business development initiatives and client retention efforts.Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and client experience.What This Role BecomesThis position is structured as a growth pathway within a high-performing practice.Within 12–24 months,
