Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide product education and personalized suggestions




• Introduce customers to the AEO loyalty program
• Switch between roles across sales, cash wrap, and stockroom
• Resolve guest inquiries in line with company policy
Requirements:
• Love interacting with a variety of customers
• Skilled in multitasking in a fast-picked environment
• Availability must cover evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail experience is beneficial
• Must be at least 16 years old
