Job Description Key Duties Operate automatic palletizing equipment.
Operate Tray Pak equipment.
Operate the jug table and sleeve machine.
Perform hand palletizing activities.
Follow HACCP, GMP, food safety, and company requirements.
Monitor finished products for specification compliance, filler temperatures, weights, and coding accuracy.
Monitor sanitation programs and solution concentrations.
Perform allergen control verification and environmental monitoring activities.
Conduct product sampling and testing activities.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift certification and ability to operate hand jacks and forklifts.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
