Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Registered Nurse to implement care policies
• Revise procedures to enhance resident care
• Communicate significant changes in resident conditions
• Direct Personal Support Workers during shifts
• Engage in comprehensive shift reporting
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care nursing
• Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal abilities
• Solid focus on quality and patient-centered care
