You will manage customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service. Working with multiple internal departments you will ensure every customer receives the highest level of service. You will become an expert on title insurance and the various FCT products and provide information and advice to our valued customers.ResponsibilitiesEnsure optimum servicing to our client base by handling inbound and outbound calls for service in a friendly and skilled mannerReceive and process orders for Title Insurance by phone, fax and internetAddress and advise lawyers on any issues related to their specific filesEducate customers on Title Insurance and the various products FCT offersMaintain high level of professionalism with clientsMaintain up to date knowledge of processes and policies for multiple clients in order to provide accurate and complete information, team support and first call resolutionCore hours of operation are 8:00 a.M.- 8:00 p.M. Monday through Friday.
