Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Order Entry Coordinator to accurately process customer orders and ensure a seamless order fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities

- Process and enter customer sales orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system.
- Review customer purchase orders for pricing, quantities, configurations and delivery requirements.




- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Production and Shipping teams.
- Communicate order acknowledgements, delivery dates and status updates to customers.
- Resolve order discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and documentation accurately.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years' experience in order entry, customer service, sales administration or related role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- ERP experience considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay Transparency
