You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting events and facility usage, and driving continuous improvement across maintenance programs.Pay Rate:$85,000/yearLocation:Regina, SKShift:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob type:Permanent | Full-timeResponsibilitiesLeadership & OperationsSupervise, direct, and support skilled trades and maintenance staffAssist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team developmentFoster a positive team environment and monitor employee engagementEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standardsMaintenance & Facility ManagementOversee installation, maintenance, and repair of facilities, equipment, and building systemsEnsure operational reliability of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and ammonia plant systemsMaintain and monitor asset performance and preventative maintenance programsTrack and manage work orders, ensuring timely completionConduct routine inspections and assess equipment condition with recommendationsPlanning & CoordinationCollaborate with internal departments to schedule maintenance activitiesManage inventory of parts, tools,
