Survalent is seeking a Technical Support Agent to provide first level support for the Survalent ADMS platform. You will handle cases via email or phone, assist with software configuration, upgrades, and related tasks, and provide remote support.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma in electronics/engineering or information systems, with SCADA/OMS/DMS knowledge as a plus, robust TCP/IP, Windows, SQL Server, IIS, and fluent English.
