This role involves supporting seniors in daily living activities, under the guidance of the Health & Wellness Manager or Director of Care. As a Health Care Aide, your responsibilities include facilitating moves, planning nutritious meals, and providing emotional support to residents and families. Your skills will matter as you observe changes in conditions and elevate care issues to supervisors appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to individual care plans as directed
• Report changes in residents' conditions to supervisors




• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Prepare nutritious meals for residents as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all
Requirements:
• Graduate of a Health Care Aide program
• Experience with seniors in community health
• Solid communication and customer focus
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
• Willingness to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
