developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and other related issues.* Supervise and actively engage with students in a secure and structured environment.* Collaborate with the teacher in planning and programming.* Assist in implementing individualized education plans and programming.* Monitor and guide students' behavior and educational progress.* Support students in reaching their educational goals.* Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.* Address conflicts and manage crisis situations calmly and compassionately. Identify potential triggers, recognize escalating behaviors, and de-escalate situations safely and effectively.* Administer medications to students when necessary.* Transport students as required.* Document incidents and updates, including critical incidents, medication administration, and other classroom or student-related information.
