As a Technical Support Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth operation of IT systems. This is a full time position until March 19, 2027. You will provide first-line support for technical challenges and assist in setting up IT infrastructure vital for the Games.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support regarding hardware and software
• Help configure and validate IT equipment for competitive venues
• Document procedures and support tools for IT operations
• Liaise with external partners during incident management
• Oversee IT volunteer onboarding and training
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma and one year of experience in IT support
• Skilled in Google Workspace and Windows
• Robust troubleshooting experience with IT equipment
• Fluent in French, English is beneficial
• Criminal background check completion required
