In this role, you will support children from junior kindergarten through grade 6 in their development while enforcing a secure and inclusive environment. Collaborate with a Designated Early Childhood Educator to implement programming that encourages exploration and self-regulation. Maintain communication with parents, fostering a supportive community around students’ well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate inclusive play and learning activities for students
• Support children’s emotional and social growth




• Build positive relationships with families and caregivers
• Monitor compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Promote an anti-racist and inclusive culture
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in child supervision roles
• First Aid and CPR Level C/AED certification
• Satisfactory Criminal Background Check
• Commitment to fostering an equitable learning environment
