We are looking for a passionate Certified Dental Assistant to join our collaborative dental team. In this full time role, you will prepare treatment rooms and assist the Dentist during procedures. Your responsibilities include performing specific intra-oral tasks and educating patients about dental hygiene to combat diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist during dental procedures
• Conduct patient education on oral hygiene practices
• Execute polishing and fluoride application tasks
• Take dental impressions and manage instruments
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive clinic workplace
Requirements:
• Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Level II
• NDAEB Certification - required
• Registration with Ontario Dental Assistant Association preferred
• Open to new graduates and candidates from other provinces
• Effective communication skills with patients and families
