Kingston Community Health Centres seeks a part time Mental Health Counsellor to join the Rural Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Allied Health Program. You will provide individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis support across the RFLA region.
The role emphasizes assessment, referral, and collaboration with physicians and partners to enhance access and refine services over time. Hybrid delivery may be required.
