Join Worksite in Calgary as a Health & Safety Instructor and help maintain safety standards. This part time role focuses on vital training courses with a solid support team.
In this position, you will teach the Fall Protection course, engaging learners from the construction sector. The instructor will evaluate student understanding and support a culture of safety while maintaining participant records. Additional responsibilities may include instructing other specialized safety courses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Fall Protection training to diverse audiences
• Assess participants' practical skills and knowledge retention
• Keep training records organized and up to date
• Possibly deliver Forklift and MEWP trainings
• Attend workshops for ongoing instructor development
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in safety training delivery
• Experience with Forklift and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms
• Robust public speaking and presentation skills
• Valid Alberta Driver License
• Reside legally in Canada
