As a Winter Crew Lead, you will supervise a skilled team in landscape maintenance and snow removal. Starting your day early at one of three Calgary locations, you will be driving and operating equipment while managing daily tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage daily loading and unloading
• Supervise snow removal and grounds maintenance
• Operate various power equipment and tools
• Inspect work for safety and quality standards
• Complete required daily reporting paperwork
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in landscape maintenance
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License is required
• Solid communication skills for team coordination
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
