Ensure all site staff adhere to all Paladin Security policies and procedures. Complete mobile patrols diligently. Document and investigate security incidents and complaints. Communicate any concerns/issues with supervisor/client service manager or the client. Maintain the highest standard of security, being professional in attitude, appearance, and application. Represent Paladin Security, Yorkville Village and their respected customers in a manner that enhances quality, image and reputation. Perform security duties in accordance with established procedures and ensure they comply with federal,



provincial and municipal laws. Observe and record all discrepancies, deficiencies and safety hazards/concerns noted during patrols, taking corrective action by informing the applicable department or handling it personally, whenever possible. Be courteous and helpful in enforcing all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Respond immediately to any emergency and coordinate response accordingly based on established procedures. Prerequisites Valid security license for the province of Ontario. Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C from a WSIB‑approved vendor. COVID‑19 vaccine – two doses. Valid G‑class driver licence. Provide driver's abstract with no more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years. English (oral and written) fluency is a must. Previous experience in a supervisory or management position, law enforcement, or a related field.
