In your part time capacity, you will embrace the AEO Selling Model and engage guests to understand their needs. You’ll offer tailored product recommendations from AE and Aerie while introducing them to our loyalty program. Flexibility across various store functions will be essential as you enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage each guest using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide tailored product suggestions based on guest needs
• Introduce guests to AEO loyalty and brand engagement
• Flexibly rotate between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Address guest concerns in alignment with company policies
Requirements:
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• At least 18 years old
• Enthusiastic about AE and Aerie products
• Ability to multitask and interact confidently with guests
