We are looking for a responsible and motivated individual to assist in supervising store operations at Canna Cabana. In this part-time role, you will step in for the Store Manager, provide guidance to staff, and oversee customer interactions to maintain service excellence. Your leadership will contribute to meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support in the Store Manager's absence
• Lead sales strategies and motivate store associates
• Handle customer service issues effectively
• Maintain store standards as per company policies
• Oversee inventory management processes on shifts
Requirements:
• Must possess valid SellSafe Certification
• 2 years of retail experience, preferably in cannabis
• High school diploma and technical training completion
• Excellent time management and communicative abilities
• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
