As a Community Support Specialist, you will work closely with diverse participants in various living arrangements, promoting their well-being and independence. You'll assist in setting personal goals while working alongside Clinical Case Managers to facilitate enriching programs and activities. This role offers full time and part time opportunities, tailored to your availability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Keep participant information current and organized
• Log daily support activities and interactions




• Collaborate on incident reporting for participants
• Assist participants with goal-setting strategies
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• At least two years of related experience
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification
• Recent criminal record checks required
• Preferred qualifications include education in Human Services
• Solid interpersonal and crisis-de-escalation skills
