Support excellent palliative care as a full-time Clinical Resource Nurse. Coordinate resources within a team-oriented team workplace to deliver compassionate care in a hospice setting.
In this role, you will empower a team of health professionals by coordinating and implementing resources essential for exceptional patient care. The position requires you to contribute actively to the hospice setting, ensuring that all clinical needs are met through evidence-based practices. Flexibility in work hours and on-call responsibilities will be necessary to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement resources for optimal clinical support
• Enhance team skills and knowledge through training
• Facilitate evidence-based palliative care
• Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement
• Assist with operational compliance in hospice care
Requirements:
• Current unrestricted RN registration in Ontario
• Three years' experience in palliative or hospice care
• Completion of advanced palliative care courses
• Secure Food Handling certification willingness
• Current CPR certification and re-certification willingness
