Availability for two shifts weekly, one in three weekends, and holiday shifts is necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services in all Halton Clinics
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Regular health assessment of clients
• Administer IVs and medications appropriately
• Manage various wound care cases effectively
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in community nursing
• Registration with CNO confirmed
• Current CPR certification essential
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Practical driver’s license with vehicle availability
