Utilizing your knowledge of estimation software like Mitchell and Qapter is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect vehicles for hail damage and create cost estimates
• Communicate repair plans with technicians and clients
• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and partners




• Write detailed estimates and manage claims
• Monitor repair quality to ensure compliance with standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in bodyshop or hail repair experience
• Proficiency in estimation using Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter
• Solid understanding of insurance procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel across Canada as needed
