Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary service to customers in need of parts

• Sell and identify parts accurately based on customer requests




• Source and price parts from OEMs or alternative vendors
• Be available for on-call duties after hours, on rotation

Requirements:
• 2+ years of parts or service technician experience
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and applications
• Solid written communication skills
• Organized and able to handle deadlines efficiently
• Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer or Diesel Engine parts experience preferred
