NCN Wellness is seeking a full time Case Manager to support Child and Family Services at the NCN CFS Amalgamated Sub-Office in Thompson, Manitoba. You will assess needs, provide crisis intervention, develop service plans, and assist with advocacy and referrals.
Reporting to the Director of CFS, you will conduct risk assessments, document clearly, and collaborate with families and teams to meet diverse needs. A Bachelor of Social Work is required, with robust communication and teamwork skills.
