Position Highlights:

Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients Choose 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE Collaborate with MAs, RNs, LPNs, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Coordinate referrals and promote continuity of care Provide preventive care, health maintenance, and immunizations Review diagnostic results and guide appropriate follow-up care Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives Opportunity to work across various care settings, including traditional clinics and other community-based locations Compensation & Advantages:
