Your role will include eliciting and documenting business requirements, facilitating walkthroughs planning User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting change through deployments. You are the intersection of business and technology, ensuring solutions meet business need,



quality and performance. You will drive system and process changes, managing your deliverable against set timelines for successful project and maintenance release deployments.What You Will DoPartner with business stakeholders across various departments including IT, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, to gather and document business requirements using both Agile and Waterfall approachesPerform business process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessments to inform, influence and align refine requirementsFacilitate review and sign-off of requirement artifacts, working with IT and other teams to validate feasibility and alignmentInspire stakeholders in the art of the possible and utilize best practices to influence optimal solution designEnsure test process, methodologies and tools are applied appropriatelyDevelop and document test scenarios, test matrices, and execute system integration testingLead or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Acceptance Testing (PAT) after system implementationActively participate in the post implementation support and review phaseAssist in updating system tables files accurately when changes are requested including product configuration and admin setupAssist in communicating to management,
