where required, exemplary service and products to new and existing clients by building and fostering strong relationships with insurers and other industry service providers.If you are career‑minded and looking for a dynamic work workplace with a growth mindset, you will love working among our team!Your day as a Client Service ManagerProactively manage a volume of business by reviewing a client's risk and claims history as well as providing coverage and solutions accordingly.Ensure maximum retention of existing clients by providing exceptional service through regular communication with clients.Respond to phone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters in a timely and professional manner.Support the Client Executive in the growth of business volume.Determine the needs of potential clients by researching and utilizing appropriate resources.Review policy wordings and other documents for accuracy and completeness.Maintain an extensive network of market relationships.Coordinate the preparation of underwriting submissions; maintain relevant
