As a Host at Fit4Less, you'll engage with members and ensure the club is clean and safe. Your role involves thorough cleaning, assisting members with their needs, and promoting various membership features. Key Responsibilities:
• Keep gym equipment and areas clean and organized
• Engage with members, providing friendly assistance
• Educate guests about memberships and services
• Monitor cleanliness compliance and report issues
• Support automated member entry processes
Requirements:
• High School diploma or currently pursuing
• 1 year of experience in teamwork or service
• Solid verbal and written communication abilities
• Certifications in WHMIS and First Aid are a plus
• Capability to remain calm under pressure
